I gained a couple pounds. Partly because I am moving and have been using up some things that I shouldn't be eating (like some Amaretto, Butterscotch Schnapps and Baileys). Also, I'm not replacing the Atkins friendly things so I have less to move. Once I move I will replenish my good things and get back on track.

I also had to take a course of steroids for my allergies (I couldn't breathe for 3 mos so I finally broke down to do it). That always makes me gain.

Small set back. I really want to get back on the other side of 180!
