so it took me a year to get to where i am, but i must say the journey have been tough but so worth it and rewarding. i pray ti God to give me wisdom and strength to face the next 50kg... i did it once and i can do it again...cheers to the next 50kg

Thanx you... i must say the support from all of u, is what keeps me going. Otherwise i would have thrown in the towel along time ago. But its been a year, and my intention is to break my own record and to prove to myself that i can!

Thank y'all. @ Aubinique i try to stick to 1200 cals a day... i do go over its once or twice a week. My basic meals consist out of fish,rice cakes, eggs.i try to sqeeze in some fruit 3times a week.
