Lost 7 lbs. in 6 days on The South Beach Supercharged Diet. This is the longest I've been able to stay on this type of diet. It's probably because they added more items like to the old one. I've managed to follow it closely. Hope to make it through Phase 1 this time if I can stay away from pizza- my downfall.
