Using Strava for Exercise. 25 mi. Ride about 1,500 cals. The morning coffee is still way high in cals, and 16 gm carbs. The Ride Smoothie is really high in carbs, 65gm with all the fruit juice. If I could get the smoothie mixed with water, or no carb liquic, it would be down to about 20 gm carbs, 400 cals.
