Day three seems to be better than the last two. I have been very vigilant in keeping with the regular snacks to prevent major hunger pangs in between protein shakes and meals. So far so good! Another good plus- I found that I can have Taco Bell regular tacos, easy beef due to IBS, but that just lowers my caloric count even more while being satisfying at the same time. Woo-Hoo!
