Guaranteed to not work, like every single article like this. Feel sorry for anyone who get attracted to this sort of scam. It's fair that they exist though. It's all complicated, and few understand. One thing I do understand, is that the reason for being in need of fat loss is not to be blamed on the person, but rather the environment around the person. Change environment or get resistant to existing will lead to a healthy body and mind.

I'm interested in the thicker hair cure in the kitchen. I wonder if it's that olive oil my aunt used on her hair.

Let me know if it works. Meanwhile, I'll just be grinding along, hoping to lose a pound a week.

If you are 400# and cut back drastically then yes, 24# is probably doable in ten days. But most of that will be water. They should be required to tell a person how much will be water cause we will gain the water back once we start maintaining. I sure did!

Be careful, Chris. You may get turned in for bullying. These articles with no scientific backing are a hit around here.

I get a little suspicious when “some” doctor says that a certain method or medication works miracles. I’m still losing 1 to 2 lbs a week. Running 2.5 miles 3-4 days a week. That’s my “miracle” method, hard work.

all I need is a tiny waist 🤗🙏
