Back to work tomorrow after being off work 5 days, and I'm worried about being able to follow my diet there. Even with my old way of eating, I felt like I was hungry all the time when at work. Sometimes to the point of feeling shaky on the drive home (not diabetic). I have NO willpower, so this will be a definite challenge I am trying hard to stick with!
