ok well I really did bad yesterday so I hope I dident mess up to bad. I had a bad day and took it out on my body, so I am going to kick some booty today and the rest of this week, I will keep all posted cause I am going to go on a salad kick to lose the added pounds good lick to me

I'm a firm believer that every one messes up! Just get back on track the next day or even the same day. Is salads the answer, NO! only in moderation. If you can go to www.bodybuilding.com and go to nutrition or look at the many food terms and definitions, You will find a wealth of information on plans of action. Remember to eat six small meals a day, drink plenty of water and balance your proteins, fats and carbs. WATCH the sodium and look at the labels.

You'll do fine Danie. What has become my favorite discovery is the ziploc steamer bags. I cut up veggies and store them in the bag and cook them up in minutes at work. I can't look at another salad for awhile. Good Luck!
