ok im royally confused. recalibrated the thing like 3 times. is it even possible to have lost 6 lbs in 3 days? i mean, i didnt eat much crap and ive been over 10k steps but this seems unreasonable. ill weigh again tomorrow. not logging this false hope

Yes: We call a sudden loss a "whoosh" : sometimes your fat cells fill with water and hold it; when they finally let go, that's the whoosh. Enjoy!

Ill weigh tomorrow. Im skeptical. I know of the whoosh but in only 4 days? I dont think in drinking more water

I think it's possible. If you've been in a rut and stuck eating food you wouldn't normally have chosen and you're just getting back to it and hitting it hard... I think for sure it is possible. But I'm also over 200# so I don't know if it is the same for someone your size. 🤪 fingers crossed!
