1355 kcal Fat: 41.38g | Prot: 151.07g | Carb: 91.34g.   Breakfast: tomatoe, reduced fat swiss cheese, turkey breat deli, low fat bread. Lunch: cucumber dressing low fat, celery, red bell pepper, whole wheat pita, chicken breast. Dinner: rapini, trout, whole wheat rigatoni. Snacks/Other: mozzarella , tomatoe, tuna, promasil, cottage cheese non fat, almond butter, low fat bread. more...
