Well ok I went for a walk yesterday for about 15-20 min and today walk/ran for 30 min today. Haven't been doing great with eating but havent been doing bad either, of course the weight will not go down, Well all I can do is keep trying RIGHT!!!!lol like to give up but I am pushing for the MRT so I have to start pushing harder!!! maybe that will help. Well wish me luck.

Its just getting the balance right isnt it - something we all seem to struggle with! With age on your side though, less exercise will still have an impact. Just keep going!
