I weighed in today and had a gain of one pound. I've exercised 4 days this week and eaten around 1100-1200 calories a day. Same thing last week. Very depressed and threw in the towel today. Ate lots of ice cream, cake and pie. I hope I can continue the diary and challenges but I am very discouraged. I thought I was doing so well.

We all have these days. Tomorrow's a new day. Stick with it. Results will come with time. Maybe don't focus on the numbers. But on how you fell.

so did you feel better after eating the cake, pie & ice cream? If you did, good for you! If you felt bad, ask yourself: could I have replaced some fat with healthy, heavier, fat-burning muscle? Did I feel any slimmer? (disregard the scale). Do I feel healthier and happier when I eat nourishing food and exercise regularly? Am I worth the effort? I hope you will continue on your journey. If you keep trying you will succeed. :)
