so did you feel better after eating the cake, pie & ice cream? If you did, good for you! If you felt bad, ask yourself: could I have replaced some fat with healthy, heavier, fat-burning muscle? Did I feel any slimmer? (disregard the scale). Do I feel healthier and happier when I eat nourishing food and exercise regularly? Am I worth the effort? I hope you will continue on your journey.
