Update after closer examination. My bodyfat percentage came into virtually a direct line or correlation to my dietary fat % intake.

dietary fat % intake has been about 20% - 25% per day.
my bodyfat composition is 21.19%

I'm no rocket scientist but it would be reasonable to assume that if i reduced my fat intake to 5% or 10% of total diet my bodyfat would reduce 5 to 10% as well untill I plateaued out again ? I guess we will see over the ensuing weeks.
