Up a bit and feel bad about it. Not really shocked, as I still feel bloated. Hopefully that's all it is. By bodybugg and my tracking of calorie intake, I should be losing 2 lbs a week still. Okay, weight was 142.4, nearly a full pound up. I'm hoping for a two pound drop in a day or two. Felt my ovaries when I was working out, so maybe I'm going to start soon. I don't even know when the last one was - two months ago? Maybe a bit more? I guess I should be keeping track of stuff like that...

Okay, on to the good stuff then. For the first time on my Tanita body fat scale, my water percentage was over 50%. It's never been that high. They want you to have a total body water percentage of 45-60% for females. Mine has typically been between 42 - 45%. And my body fat (on this scale, which I think overestimates, I hope) was down to 27.9%. I've never seen that number. I think I was low 40's when I started this. So two great improvements, despite an increase in the scale. Sorry to my fellow Get off your Ass challenge team :( But it ain't over 'til it's over...And maybe I'll get that nice two pound drop soon.

... good...finished my workout. I did 50 min. of Jillian's No More Trouble Zones. Doesn't burn as many calories as the other, but I figure it targets some of those loose areas :) Hope so, anyway.

Wow D, Way to go! Man you're on a roll and I've missed so much of what's going on in your life... but keep it up! I got off my butt today and did my high calorie burn step aerobics. I like it, even though it was only 28 minutes... I didn't want to kill myself my first day back working out, and start to hate it, ya know? I'm up 1lb from my current weight, and I have no excuses, really. We had a lot going on at first, so I got into the mini-habit of eating stuff I normally wouldn't. That's stopped now, being a good girl and recording. I need to hit my goal at some point - I'm so damn close, yet so far away!! Glad to see you are doing so well! *HUGS*
