Day 2 of my "girl you better eat more than 1200 calories a day" challenge to myself. yesterday it was rough but ultimately successful.. i was totally satisfied all day, never hungry and still at reasonably. Its crazy how i struggle to add calories to my diet, while before i was struggling to keep my calories down!.. and i'm sure i didn't eat HALF the amount of food i ate yesterday. Makes me happy that i don't have to starve to lose weight... well today i continue on this mission...

i realized a couple weeks ago that i was borderline eating disorder, b/c i was restricting myself much more than i should.. esp with how active i've become... so now i'm trying to break out of that.. which is why my tendency is to eat little.

Diet Calendar Entries for 13 July 2010:

Keep it up! You're SO CLOSE to that goal of yours!! I need to switch things up a little myself b/c I'm hitting a wall. I don't know what's up with my calories...I range in between 1300-1500 and I haven't figured out if I'd lose more if I ate more or less. But I need to do SOMETHING to get past this wall!! I'm thinking about doing a week of Atkins b/c I've always had success with that diet. It's just SO HARD to eat like that. I love my veggies. We'll see...

i know!.. i actually like working on this b/c it pushes me to plan my meals for the whole day so i can make sure to add enough calories to the meals and not push to gorge at the end of the night.. so i am kinda estimating on the dinner part.. but i know we're making a stirfry meal and i won't eat rice .. so this gives me the freedom add the snacks i want.. and since most of my snacks are less than 60 calories or so its like i'm stuffing my face but still eating healthy!... its such a switch from what i allowed myself.. i would just eat as little as possible in the past thinking it has to work... obviously didn't! lol
