Clothes fitting looser. I have to pull up my pants all the time now. A1C went from 6.7 to 5.8 in 3 months. At my next check up, I plan on being under 250 and my A1C should be within normal range. Glucose is now at 108 on average. My cholesterol is also down in normal range.
My goal is to keep the carbs down, Protein and good fats a little higher. Not exactly looking for the beach body but a lake body is a little more realistic.

what ratios on fat and protein? I've been stuck at 256.2 for 3 weeks! I can't seem to get below 250!! thanks

I've been aiming to keep carbs down below 35-40 grams per meal. Difficult to do but it's been working. I have a desk job so my activity level is low. If I had more activities to do I'd push more pounds off quicker.
