Starting a Biggest Loser contest at work. I have a team of others who also want to lose weight and we compete against other teams to lose the most weight. Plus I really want to lose weight to improve my health.
164.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 34.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
