I have been following my plan really well for the past two days. The weekend is going to be a challenge. I had lost my way on my tools, but that is over. Quanity and quality control.

Good for you. Try to think of the weekend as any other weekday in terms of planning your food and making sure you have healthy snacks. For me, once I have one bite of anything junky (like chocolate donut), it's a serious struggle to get things back under control. So I try to start healthy with the first bite--even more important, I think, on the weekends.
