Starting this week out fresh and new! Went grocery shopping last night for lots of healthy foods to keep on hand at the office.
Completed three miles on the stationary bike last night even though they don't count toward the 1,000 mile challenge (duh missed that part of the instructions). Feet must be on the ground, oops, but in my mind moving in any fashion is better than sitting on the couch!
Here is to rocking 2013!
