Hi, my name is Pam, my weight wasn't a big struggle for me until after I got married and started our family. It has been a struggle ever since.

For the past year with all the different type of distractions in my life, I sort of gave up on the desire to lose weight. I have had the necessary equipment tools at my disposal for exercising but have had a difficult time getting motivated to use them. It is time for the emotional eating and lack of motivation to be kicked to the curb.

Day 1
Good luck to you Victor! I myself have battled with Type 2 since being diagnosed last September. Not until a year later did I get super serious about my eating and after 60 days on really watching what I eat, I have been lucky enough to come off of the Metformin and am very excited to keep working hard to stay off of it. As others have said the cutting of carbs is critical for us. It was very hard at first but now it is "the norm". I have gone as far as to cut out not only the raw and/or processed sugars but artificial sweeteners to almost nil also. You can do this! Cool

FRUSTRATION
Hi me better - I am recovering from the morph also. I went through three rounds of antibiotics, prednisone, steroid inhaler and strong cough medicine. My doctor did not ban cardio per se, but I did not feel like walking or much else until afer I started the third round of antibiotics and just did what I could handle. I am not back to where I was a month ago but am getting there slowly but surely. Keep in mind any movement is movement and it is a step in the right direction. I hope you recover quickly just hang in there!
