The high fat foods have killed my stomach a couple times. The gas was terrible.

Sounds like a bug or intestinal reaction to sudden change in diet. Does that to me sometimes. Either way, hope you feel better! A long hot soak in the tub with the jets on usually makes me feel better when my lower gut acts up, especially with cramping. Try that when you get back from the gym.

Greek yogurt works great for restoring regular digestion. Never found anything at the drugstore (including prescription) to match it
