Catskinner's Journal, 20 December 2012

It looks like it took only 3 days to reverse the trend and lose the weight I gained during our vacation to Paris. Fasting blood glucose is normal again and I'm back in ketosis.

Wow you are doing great! I can't get in ketosis no matter what I do, frustrating. Vacation to Paris, sounds wonderful, on my someday list. In the meantime, I'll go to San Diego next week and Seattle next month, which are both pretty wonderful.

Debbie, not being able to get into ketosis and not dropping weight like you should in view of your diet is hinting at a hormonal problem. Fet yourself checked up by a real good endocrinologist when you can. I love San Diego. It's a bit on the "rich white man" reservation theme but a beautiful city. I think that together with Chicago they might, just might make me forgive LA for being there.
