Variety, yes. Moderation, kinda. Over 1000cal here. But I almost did 6 eggs and more everything else haha.

Well that’s why I’m the weird one around here. I’m defying everything. Getting smaller eating more. When I was starving myself, I was bigger. All I know is what I’m doing is working wonders even when I don’t know what I’m doing haha

Yeah, the whole extreme low calorie thing isn't for me. I can put too much food away 🤩 and of course it's not the way anyone should take..

Wifey, maybe because you where starving yourself with the fad diets, and I was just eating intuitively , but suddenly something in me changed and I started eating way too much and so my weight gain started. Now I not good with intuitive eating, so I practice IF and calorie counting.

I have noticed that almost everyone here eating less than 1200 calories is having trouble with the weight loss. So starving yourself is not the best way.

Not the best way! I had to start eating more to lose. I think if you are not eating enough, your body tries to survive and holds on to every ounce. When your body realizes ‘ih food! And more food! It’s gonna be fine!’ It starts releasing some fat that you don’t need. Mind you, I started lifting much heavier too. Makes all the difference imo! I used to be allcarduo years ago, now it’s maybe 1-2 times a week, max!

Yeah I did 1200 cal a while back. It worked.. For a while. Stopped working (who would have thought!) gained it all back.

Photo bucket. my phone is always set on this size, unless I change it. FS won't use any of them probably because of the aspect ratio or high quality..
