workout same as 3/14


Update on food. I may have been over eating some protein. Still lost 1 lb and I have adjusted for the difference as of today. Workout days are rough because there are no snacks between the meals. work helps me to stay busy and I sip my coffee with creamer until it is cold to get me through to lunch. Coach says no cardio as I am low calorie (1200) and I won't have enough energy and it will drive me to cheat on food.

Trust. The. Process.
117.1 lb Lost so far: 19.9 lb.    Still to go: 1.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
