Completely forgot to weigh in this morning. Not sure exactly how much sleep I'm running on, but I guestimate around 2-3hrs. -_- I went to bed around 11 last night, and the baby woke up at 11:15 and would not go back to sleep. cuddling, snuggling, rocking, cuppy, blanket, humming, patting the back. the whole 9 yards. Eventually gave up and she went into the pack-n-play in the computer room where there is a decent amount of white noise and she fussed for about 15mins before going to sleep. I feel about as energetic as a sloth on xanax. But I'm at work today. Surprisingly, my pain level is low today and I'm very thankful for that.

So going to focus on making good choices, and not falling asleep at work today. Chicken or turkey are in the cards for dinner tonight. Still haven't fully made up my mind.

Going to own up to eating a brownie and icecream last night. Didn't even try to substitute it. Need to push through that tonight, stick to fruit if I have a sweet craving. Wish me luck.
