I snacked a lot yesterday, Keto snacks, but still more than usual. (Just got my shipment of items) also had 2 sandwiches with Keto bread. It was worth IT! 😂😂😂
268.4 lb Lost so far: 98.6 lb.    Still to go: 73.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
