I think I've officially gained two pounds. It seems my sub-160 weigh-ins occur less often these days. For better or worse I'm okay with it. My plan is to stay 160ish doing primarily cardio with some resistance training until March and then start P90X up again.

DJ and my Mom are coming down on Monday for Thanksgiving. It will be great to have them. Ryan has his wrestle off today for the 170 weight class. I can't tell how serious he's taking the whole thing, but he seems to really want to do well. Megan is playing soccer and is doing great! she's aggressive and a hustler which makes me proud. And Kate just started Tennis which is fantastic. She too is a great little athlete. She and Megan just need to stay involved and they'll love it!
160.3 lb Lost so far: 26.7 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
