Haven't been dieting for the summer, but only gained back a few pounds.. line dance a lot for exercies. Yesterday (11 5 2012)I got back on my eating right plan. I want to lose 20% of my body weight in the next six months.. from now (182) to then (145)at the minimum. I will eat right, lots of protein, fruits and veggies. I will stay away from carbs like rice and bread and all that stuff that I eat way too much of. Candy and junk will also be taken out of my diet. I hope to help my heart and become much healthier thru all of this.
