Finally, there is that beautiful "1" I've been working for, so long 200's I will not miss you:) ordered my run amoks for reaching my goal, can't wait to test them out. Weight training routine is still sporadic, just gotta figure out the scheduling and body adjustment to night shift, I'll get there.

Congratulation!!! It feels good dosn't it? I've been working really hard to get to my goal which is 150, 19 lbs to go. Trying for Christmas,want to be able to buy new outfit for party's. Keep up the great work.
