This week was a MUCH better weigh in for me…a 2.6 weight loss….for a total of 13.4 so far…so now I'm at 194.6! Even with my friends birthday…and eating over my points (including a froo-froo drink, that I'm sure was a lot more points then I realized)…I was able to lose! =) I've also been able to go down a size in jeans (didn't realize I could until my hubby told me that my jeans looked baggy….hahahah…..so figured I should try the next size down - so far have gone from a 16 to a 14)!

I'm still not a fan of the scale yet….as it still scares me every Monday morning wondering if I lost or gained, but so far its been consistently showing a loss, and I've resisted weighing myself every day…and sticking to the once a week.

On the exercise front, I did play 6 hours of volleyball in a tournament. I haven't been playing as much as I normally would, so it was great to get back out and see all the girls, and play competitively again!
