I am so tired by the time I leave the gym in the evenings, and sometimes pretty sore, but by the next morning I feel good and am no longer sore. At this point, I can work out 5-6 days a week and feel OK, but I need to do a better job and schedual days off so that I don't work until exhaustion forces me to take a day off. Since I've NEVER enjoyed working out, finding something that I can enjoy every day (swimming) is a life-saver. But I need to make sure that I don't burn out on it.
