trying not to pay too much attention to the scale this week. it's been all over the place since last week between 200 and 206+. currently just trying to get myself back into the discipline of tracking everything I eat as I stopped paying attention. between new medications and the holidays, eating when I'm hungry went from necessity to deal with nausea to habit and comfort. I'm hoping a few weeks of accountability will help with the comfort eating. Here's hoping my sleep improves so that I can keep moving away from the randomly nauseous and eating to stay awake.
