This morning I started to feel like I was craving some kind of sugar and feeling queasy. I got a salad from McDonald's and I thought it would be just lettuce and chicken but they put dressing on it plus it was the southwest one so it had olives, beans and stuff too. I went ahead and ate it trying to concentrate on the chicken and lettuce.
Then on the way home I picked up dinner and got a side of meatballs for myself. I ate 1.5 and they grossed me out so I didn't finish them. Washed it down with two cups of milk.
Hopefully it did not go too badly. I did ride my bike. I might weigh in tonight or tomorrow morning.
