Somehow I managed to eat out three days in a row, even twice yesterday, and I'm still down a little. I'm figuring it out, how to manage my food in social situations. Pretty simple really, just don't eat the bread, potatoes, or tortillas, and skip dessert, even when it comes in the cutest little three-bite serving in a shot glass at Seasons52.
Wonderful day yesterday with Kevin, this could be going somewhere. We didn't want it to end, but were grownups and made plans for later this week. Amazing intellectual conversations on everything from politics to religion to favorite movie characters and even relationships. The R word! And he is encouraging with my weight loss efforts, and is even studying the stuff that I am learning about with it, so I have someone to talk about it with. All good!
Now, off to make something happen at work!
