I calculated and for the next 30 days. From today for the next 30 days which will be 11/08/12 I will have to create a daily deficit of 816 calories a day to end up at 213 on 11/08/12. If I go as high as a deficit of 1400 a day I could end up at 208. So basically I have to not be lazy on the weekends because that's usually when my deficit is about 500 or so. Wish me luck.
