now that the new year is here, its onnnnnn. my new goal is going to be 110. my sister in law is 111 and for the 6 years ive known her everyone has always said how tiny she is. we are going to a water park feb 9th so hoping to get there in a little over a month

How tall are you ? It is not healthy to try to be someone else. You have your own body, and what is healthy for her might not be healthy for you. Losing weight won’t make you love yourself

4'11 so healthy weight is 94-119 for someone my height.

The egg diet is probably just the high protein diet I have been doing. but, eggs just don't fill me up like my protein shakes. However, I put a LOT of Heavy Cream in my protein shakes. I feel this large amount of fat is what makes the difference for me, but, it does not affect my weight loss. Being 'filling' is what has allowed me to continue doing this for months. Just putting it out there...

The egg diet includes fish, chicken and turkey as wells as high fiber veggies and low carb fruits (which is really just grapefruit) I also dont need much to feel full....i just like to eat. 🤷‍♀️
