"If you are what you eat and you don't know what you're eating, do you know who you are?" - Claude Fischler

Mmm...not sure how I feel about the quote, exactly. I thought it profound at first reading, but as usual, I tend to over-analyze things! : ) Now I'm beginning to see it more like, I'm not "what" I eat, but "who" I am. Ugh...that sounded a lot better in my head! I agree with it on the level that we are, physically, what we eat, so therefore we should know what it is we are feeding our bodies.

Okay...that didn't go anywhere. Stalling, need to work out. It's getting so damn hot here already. I guess it's June, what do I expect, but today is the "cool" day in the forecast. Tomorrow the high will be 106, then 107 for a couple days, then cooling off all the way to 105. Pretty sure I won't see a day under 100 until late Sept. or early Oct. I hate summer here.

ha, ha, you must live in AZ! I'm also very weary of the forecast for this weekend, and all the high pollution advisories...means no outdoor activities of any kind :(

No reason you should have known this, but BCB is right! We're neighbors : ) I hadn't even paid any attention to the pollution advisories...just knew it would be too hot for .... well, just about anything outside! I want to cry...no hiking unless we drive up to the rim country.
