Okay, okay okay. I did pretty terrible this last week. My parents just left town this morning, and it was so fantastic to see them. BUT we all ate whatever we wanted whenever we wanted. It was sort of nice to go to the movies without feeling sorry for myself for not getting to snack, or ordering whatever I wanted at a restaurant without having to do the usual preliminary weighing and calorie counting and research. BUT man, do I feel gross and nasty whenever I do!
So now, I can barely think about food without feeling sick to my stomach. Probably a good way to get back onto my plan.
This is such a stressful week at work. Manager is on vacation, and as assistant, I have to do double the amount of work in the same amount of time. I am wiped out after today, and I'm in for another few days of it. I can't let this be an excuse to eat badly though.
Here's to mid-week Hump day! Hang in there, everybody!

You will get back on track - it is hard once we let the "regular" food mindset get in there - but remember how far you already have come. And, don't be surprised if you have a loss because your body will be "tricked" by the temporary increase in calories.

Drink lots of water, I love how it 'cleans' me out after a week like that. Work- Funny how everyone wants to be the boss, but once they see/feel how much work it is, they don't want it anymore, lol

Don't think about getting off plan think about how great seeing your parents was (just be happy for that) and things will fall back in place. Even your boss will be back soon and that will get better. Good luck and hang in there.
