This weekend my husband and I are doing the MS Walk with a friend of mine who has Multiple Sclerosis. Depending on how he's feeling (he's in a wheelchair, and its suppose to rain on Saturday), we'll either do a 3 mile walk, or the 6 mile walk. I always have a reality check in the fact that sure, I'm overweight, but I can loose that weight with determination and discipline, but unfortunately he'll never be able to walk on his own again, and that’s something completely out of his control, yet he still keeps his spirits up and positive outlook. Definitely helps me get out of the "poor me" mode that everyone gets in from time to time. I hope we can do the 6 mile! =)

4.6 down this week! And that was even with all the temptations of going out with friends to lunch and dinner…and celebrating my birthday with family on Sunday! I'm down below 200! 43.8 more to go. The only bummer is that now my points drop down to 24!
