I ate two servings of the sprouts. Oops. I haven't had them in over a year. The salmon with parm was good. Keto on!

Keith, oops because too many carbs for me. I also had coconut. Today will be a veggie splurge. Honestly I'm way more hungry after eating them. I'll stick to my 20 carbs or less tomorrow.

How did you cook the salmon? (Not what seasons you put on it) Like did you bake it or what? Also did you take the skin off before or after you served it? (I'd pretty much like the directions without the ingredients 🤣🤣🤣)
