Nikeit, it's a $6 plastic pots to press off of eBay. To make the Shira Taki noodles you can't use metal from what I've been told . Just make sure you get the cheap white plastic one and you'll be fine! no more wine for me two glasses was enough to set me back a few days! Haha, specially when I don't have one day off!

The only ingredient is konjac flour and pickling lime. I used chicken broth instead of water , I'm not sure if it made a difference in the taste they are basically a Gelatinas noodle.
