Old Chicagos got rid of my salad...trying a new one.
Oops..I'm too low on calories for the day. I need to do something else than turkey for dinner on the days that I have the new salad.
There is a big long thread on the Atkins board about wether Calories matter. I'm of the opinion it doesn't as long as you keep the carbs low.
I've been averaging 5-6#s lost every month. I'm going to make it my goal to get minimum of 2200 calories a day EVERY day for the month of June. I'm curious to see what happens with my weight loss.
