sleeping over at my friends house tonight so we can get up early and go running- i hope i dont slow her down, she did a 5k last month and me? i still dont think i can run a mile. Its sad because i used to be able to run 5 miles without a break but i guess that was when i had an eating disorder.
im tired of being sick, i just did some cardio and my head feels like its about to explode and now i need to do my toning. blah.
but yeah, im not going to be able to weigh myself tomorrow so im pretty nervous. I need to stay on my diet! :)
