Man! A lot of food this weekend. I had a work party and I ate a lot. Sunday I was with my parents and I ate a lot again. I know this is bad but I ate less the other days and I plan on eating a lot less this week to make up for my incredible eating over the weekend. I thought I had this food thing down but I just dont. I need to keep track of it ALWAYS. I am not down on myself just writing what I see. Good to be back to FS!

Thanks! You know I thought I had this food thing down. I went with almost a month of good eating habits. I was really happy but this weekend just made me realize that food needs to be monitored constantly. Every bite written down and it is always better for me to plan before I eat. Good luck to you my dear. We are going to be just fine I am sure :)
