For sirniki from previous photo you have to find Russian cottage cheese, it calls Tvorog) So for sirniki you need: 400g tvorog (I used 4.5% fett) 2 eggs 35g coconut flour 35g brown rice flour 10g corn starch 8 packets of Truvia (or another sweetener) Vanilla Pinch of salt Banana (optional) What to do: 1. Cut banana for round pieces 2. All ingredients except banana good mix in a bowl 3. Form flat disk, put banana piece, cover edges over banana and form sirniki. 4. Fry sirniki on medium heat on dry pan (I used a few coconut oil) under cover. I ate it with greek yogurt with vanilla and sweetener😋😋😋

I typically get hungry driving thru town. I have found Wendy chive potatoe with fat free rach dressing is only 150 calories. Is this correct? I only drink water. Wow. A meal for under $2.

Koshka - Thank you for the recipe. I will look for the Russian cottage cheese. Maybe there is something similar in the US.
