I am going to Mexico for a 5 night vacation with my mum on Sunday.. hadn't even been planned when I set my end of 1 year diet goal. Quite literally booked it and went to renew my passport 2 weeks before our flight. I'm so excited for a vacation, getting away from work and all the smoke that western Canada has been suffering from the BC forest fires. Also now worried about gaining weight while I'm away. it's hard to track calories when all the food is made for you and you don't know what's in it.
I'm sure I'll try to keep things in moderation, but honestly part of the reason I chose Puerto Vallarta is all the great culture, shopping, and food. so I'm sure that the whole week will be a write off for loss. best to hope for is no/minimal gain.
Ah well. we only get one life, and I'm gonna live mine to the fullest, even if that means a little weight set back. ❤
