Over the last 2 days I've realized that while the fasting is working great for my weight loss and I'm loaded with energy...it has resulted in me being loaded with energy at the wrong time I. e. bed time. So tomorrow I'm gonna skip the fasting hours all together and then on Wednesday I'll adjust my eating windows to 8am to 6pm and see how that works out.
