Decided to go out for karaoke on Saturday. ended up getting a ride so I was able to drink.... oh boy was that a mistake. I tried to be good and stick to vodka/soda... quickly lost track, drank too much, ate a crapton of pizza, got sick, and I spent most of Sunday in bed sleeping/recovering. oof . Well managed to mostly get back on track today but still feeling it. And the scale this morning was not my friend. carb water weight is a bitch. I'll weigh in officially in the morning and hopefully it won't be too terrible 😅 In the interests of keeping to my 9 week goal, and avoiding another hangover. I'm officially sober until I hit my 50 lb lost milestone.
