Realized today that I am 2 months away from 1 year of weight loss... Due to some very stressful times in the last year (including the passing of my very favorite person in the whole world) I'm not nearly where I thought I would be by now. Being just under 5'3" my healthy fit/curvy weight (from experience) is 130-140lb, so my original goal was to lose 80 lb this year, And then I'll be at a place where my weight isn't causing more harm to my already damaged joints when i exercise. Then start with exercise for the last 20 and getting my strength back. That's not going to be obtainable now, which is a bit sad for me. BUT. NEW GOALS. Goal is to hit 50lb total weight lost in the next 2 months. So that's just about 17 lb to go. Totally doable! Lets go!

I'm setting a goal of October 5th which is 9 weeks away. At 2lb/week, it's a tight one for sure, but I'm gonna make it happen!
