The period cravings are intense y'all. I'm over on calories and carbs today and all I wanna do is shove more chocolate in my face. 😵
On the winning side, even though I didn't stick to my 1500 calorie goal for the day I'm still under my 1800 RDI for low weight loss. Woo!
Bloated as heck though. gonna avoid the scale for a couple days 😅

I’m on vacation and starting to feel a bit anxious 😟 I already went for a long walk with my daughter, did a craft, cleaned, and still can’t get my mind off of food. It’s gonna be the longest month ever 😂

I feel you girl..I have cravings too while on my period.. yesterday I was craving for a fried chicken and Popeyes is just across my building. Good thing aside from my cravings I’m also lazy to go out during my period..Lol😂😂

Cejb, totally threw my planned meal for dinner out the window today. Good bye chicken and greens, hello boiled eggs and low carb wrap grilled cheese... 😅
